Chelsea Reed Radler joined the TV Scripted Department at WME in 2017 after nearly a decade at CAA and was promoted to partner in 2020. Since becoming an agent in 2012, she has built a client list that heavily features multi-hyphenates including DAN LEVY (creator/star/director of the Emmy Winning and Emmy record breaking SCHITTS CREEK), SHARON HORGAN (Multi-BAFTA Winner and also Emmy Nominated creator/star of CATASTROPHE and creator/star of Apple’s BAD SISTERS), ILANA GLAZER (creator/star/director of BROAD CITY), CATHERINE REITMAN (creator/star/director of WORKIN’ MOMS), and JASON JONES (creator/star/director of THE DETOUR).  
  
Radler also counts among her clients Tony Award winning playwright and TOKYO VICE creator JT ROGERS, STACY RUKEYSER (SEX/LIFE), KATHLEEN JORDAN (creator of TEENAGE BOUNTY HUNTERS at Netflix and the upcoming series, THE DECAMERON also at Netflix), MEREDITH GLYNN (showrunner of MY LADY JANE for Amazon), TAZBAH CHAVEZ (writer/director on RESERVATION DOGS), and THE SHIPLEY BROTHERS (EPs on Apple’s AFTER PARTY) who became showrunners under the age of 30 with their first series WRECKED.  
  
On the director front, she works with artists ranging from the up-and-coming like Grammy Nominated TANU MUINO (of Lil Nas X “Montero” fame and most recently “As it Was” for Harry Styles) to the next generation of in demand filmmakers such as ALLY PANKIW (FEEL GOOD, SOMEONE OUT THERE, THE GREAT) to veterans of television like RODRIGO GARCIA and JAMES GRIFFITHS.  
  
In addition to her work with clients, Radler is passionate about issues affecting women and families. She is on the board of both Women of Endeavor and Working Families. Within both groups, Radler focuses on raising awareness around issues that affect women and working families while also implementing programs aimed at creating greater equity for both.
