Before joining Effectv in July 2021, JM led product strategy and development of cookieless identity resolution as Vice President of Product at Nielsen. There, he focused on digital measurement and identity architecture. Prior to his tenure at Nielsen, he was employee #13 at Beeswax – a demand side platform that was acquired by Comcast in 2020 – where he founded and scaled its Professional Services business.

JM serves as the executive co-sponsor of Comcast Advertising’s Black Employee Network NY chapter, which enhances, influences and strengthens the relationships of Black employees with each other and the wider Comcast community.

A thought leader with more than 15 years of experience within the streaming and product industries, JM is often interviewed by top media outlets and speaks at industry conferences.
