Leo O'Connor currently serves as SVP Advertising at Paramount. In this role, Leo oversees platform partnerships, programmatic advertising, and yield, across Paramount’s streaming business. This includes programmatic sales, platform business development, and pricing/packaging/go-to-market strategy for EyeQ, Paramount’s industry-leading CTV ad solution. Additionally, Leo partners with Paramount's U.S. Networks Distribution team to negotiate and steward ad-supported content distribution partnerships.
Leo joined the company under Viacom in 2006, and has held a number of roles in yield management, ad sales, pricing & inventory, and platform partnerships. In a prior life, he worked in yield management and pricing in the airline industry.
He holds a degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
