Tejal Ajmera is Chief Operating Officer at Kin.   In this role, Tejal is responsible for designing, planning and implementing the company’s business strategies, plans and procedures. She established policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision.  Tejal oversees the company's Programming & Development, Production, PR, Finance, Data, and Social Media departments.

Prior to joining Kin in 2014, Tejal was in the TV Finance group at NBC/Universal and managed scheduling and post-production finance for annual budgets of over $1 billion. Tejal has held senior finance roles in different industries including electronics manufacturing, board game manufacturing and distribution, music distribution, and women's lifestyle (Avon).
